ParticipantThank you Prabhu. I took some time in contemplating on what you wrote and studied relevant posts on Satkaryavada.
Everything is already within you. Everything that you see right now, have seen in the past, or will see in the future is already in you.
The whole world, this entire universe, trillions of universes, and all the spiritual worlds are already in you. They are all compressed in your senses. And when you see something, one of the many things compressed in your senses is expanded and manifested from the senses.
The process of purification of the senses is to compress everything else and uncompress Krishna. After that, whatever you see will be Krishna only
These pointers was very much helpful. I will continue to improve my chanting.

This discussion cleared some of the gaps in my understanding. I had read the chapter on Vedic astrology in Mystic Universe and also the entire book but my understanding about the theory that was dealt in the previous chapters was not clear and I couldn’t make the connection that you pointed out. I can now give the book a few more readings to understand the theory better
Regarding the many combination of the planet Jupiter, I have found that to be true in my chart and a few others. That was a very good explanation.
Thank you, I still need to study more, now with some of the pointers you have shared.

Please forgive me if I am asking this under a wrong topic. Continuing on the topic of guna, karma and chitta, I have a particular query on the nature of bodies.
The type of bodies we get is a combination of guna and karma but our bodies also resembles our parents and in turn the entire ancestors. Does that mean we have some similar gunas of that of our parents and we get a similar body like theirs?
In short why do we have some resemblance to our parents or ancestors yet develop unique characteristics?

I saw the video of the podcast you were invited and saw the comments of many people. Even when they were attacking you have patiently replied to them without being vindictive. You have showed us how to try to be like the supreme person. I too shall try to uphold that.
Regarding my query rather than why am I a ‘soul’, my relative’s quandary was more on the lines of why he exists at all? In your post titled ‘The origins of evil’ you have mentioned,
In Vedic philosophy, a person is defined as three traits: (a) self-awareness, (b) the capacity to ask questions about the self, and (c) the capacity to answer the questions about the self. Every person hence goes through the following process: “I exist” → “What am I?” → “I am this” → “I know I am this”.
So basically he is suffering because ‘he exists‘ and doesn’t know why he exists. What is the remedy to such a person?
Personally my answer was ‘we exist’ because ‘the supreme person exists’. The supreme person is the only meaning to everything else. What would be your answer?
I will be extremely grateful for any insight from you. Thank you Prabhu

ParticipantOne can easily see you are very principled and make no compromise in presentation of truth. You could have easily written a book that would appeal to the masses but you chose not to. In this way only those deserving and willing to put the effort to correct themselves will understand it. Anyone willing to go through your works is guaranteed to be cleared of most misconceptions they have about reality. With your books as backbone now I have some confidence to pursue the path of jnana yoga alongside bhakti yoga both enriching each other. Thank you Prabhu for all your efforts.

Sorry for the bad question. Now onwards, first I will research properly and then only come to your aid.
Actually I have read four of your books so far. Of course understanding is not guaranteed just because I read it. Alongside we have to be good in our spiritual life as well. We have to be sincere and consistent.
Thank you for the above explanation Prabhu. These analogies of yours helps me a lot in understanding your books. One good thing that I got by posing a bad question. In books you are very concise and write for a scientifically literate readers. Like you have said many times, we have to be consistent, patient and read multiple times. Nevertheless even with the little understanding that I have got it has cleared a lot of misconceptions that I had had. Thank you very much.

Now I got a clarity on what Brahman state is vis a vis Krishna consciousness. Now on I will try to define my self in relation to the Supreme person.
If you could please shed some light on the following questions that would be very helpful for my spiritual perfection.
When you say spiritual world does that mean a world outside the higher lokas?
I do devotional service like chanting, doing nitya pooja, abhishekam and preparing prasad for Krishna. What activities will please Krishna? Can we be in Krishna consciousness in all our activities? How does one do that?
Hare Krishna Prabhu.
Day by day after reading your works I keep getting more and more clarity. You are a gift to all of us from Krishna. Thousand Pranaams to you.
